London · one client per trade, per area

Traffic. Then an enquiry worth having. Then someone actually speaks to them.

Three things have to work, in that order, or none of them pay for themselves. Most people will sell you one and leave you the other two. I build and run the whole line — the content that brings people in, the page that has the conversation, and the agent that rings them back before they have moved on to your competitor.

Dental tourism, freight forwarding, Scottish clothing, language learning. Four unrelated trades, the same three problems underneath — which is the whole reason it ports to yours.

The three things, and what actually gets done every month.

01

Traffic

“We come up on Google for our town and the phone still barely rings.”

  • Short-form video, filmed or produced, published several times a week on the account your customers are actually on
  • Written content aimed at the questions people type at eleven at night, not at the keywords an SEO tool likes
  • Paid, once — and only once — there is an audience worth retargeting; cold ad spend in a considered purchase is how budgets disappear
  • A monthly note on what got watched and what did not, so the next month is not a guess
02

The page they land on

“We get visitors. They read it and go. Nobody fills the form in.”

  • The enquiry form replaced with something a visitor actually wants to use — an assessment, a calculator, a real conversation
  • It does genuine work for them first: tells them what they need and roughly what it costs, before asking for anything
  • You receive the answers, not just a name and a phone number — so you know which enquiry is worth an hour of your day
  • Built on your domain, in your accounts, yours to keep
03

The conversation

“By the time I ring back on Monday they have booked someone else.”

  • A voice agent that calls the moment an enquiry lands, while they are still on the page thinking about it
  • A WhatsApp agent that answers the obvious questions at nine at night, when most of these enquiries are actually made
  • A video consultation booked into your diary, not a callback promised and forgotten
  • Everything logged in one place, with the source it came from attached

Two ways to waste a year, and almost everybody picks one of them.

A beautiful site nobody visits

Last month I went through a sector properly — every firm, traffic data, keyword by keyword. The best-designed site of the lot was genuinely good: clean, credible, every accreditation in the country on it, a quiz and a cost calculator built with real thought. It ranks for one page. Its traffic is below the level the industry tools will even report. The badges convert a visitor who is already there. They do not produce one.

An audience with nowhere to land

In the same sector I found accounts doing two hundred and fifty thousand views on a single video — and the call to action at the end was a personal email address. Hundreds of thousands of people paying attention, arriving into an inbox somebody reads on a Sunday. That is not a small inefficiency. That is the entire business leaking out of the bottom.

One of those has the demand and nowhere to put it. The other has somewhere to put it and no demand. Buy either half on its own and in twelve months you will conclude, wrongly, that this does not work.

Four builds. Two are mine, two are clients', and I say which.

MyDentalFly

Own productDental tourism · UK/US/EU → Turkey, Hungary, Poland

The whole line, running: content in, conversational assessment in the middle, voice and WhatsApp at the end.

Pearl asks what is wrong, produces a priced itemised package against named clinics, and hands over to a human — with in-browser calling, WhatsApp and email running off the same conversation. A deterministic engine does the clinical routing and the pricing; the model only does the talking.

Gomago

Client build — ongoingGlobal freight · Turkey ↔ UK/US

Pillar two for a freight forwarder whose visitors read the services page and left.

A live freight-market board — Bosporus, Suez, Bab el-Mandeb and Hormuz transits, port call volumes, diesel, Brent and EUR/TRY — built entirely on free public data, with a structured pricing request at the end of it. By the time somebody asks for a quote they have already told you the route and the cargo.

Highland Tweed

Client work — socialScottish clothing · retail

Pillar one, from a standing start, in a harder market than most local trades.

The account is public and the maths is countable: 7 videos, 322 followers. Retail clothing is a more crowded feed than plumbing, joinery or estate planning — which is the point of testing it there first.

SpeakBritish

Own productEnglish language learning

The same assessment architecture in a completely unrelated field — which is how you know it is a system and not a one-off.

Teaching characters instead of a placement test, with AI-generated lessons across video, image and audio and a human review layer over the top to stop quality drift.

What it costs, on the page, before you ring me.

The one that works

All three

£1,500

per month · 3-month minimum, then rolling

Traffic, the page, and the conversation — run as one system, by the person who built it.

  • Short-form video and written content, published several times a week
  • The qualification page built in month one and improved every month after
  • Voice and WhatsApp follow-up wired to your diary
  • Ad spend managed once there is an audience worth retargeting — budget billed at cost, never marked up
  • A monthly call and a written note of what changed and why
  • Direct access to me. No account manager.

Right for you if: You have a real business, a quiet phone, and you would rather fix the whole line once than buy three things from three people.

Book 20 minutes

Content only

£750

per month · rolling

Pillar one on its own, for when the site already converts and the problem is that nobody sees it.

  • Short-form video produced and published several times a week
  • Written content on the questions your customers actually search
  • Monthly reporting on what held attention
  • Upgrades into the full three at any point, no re-quoting

Right for you if: Your enquiries convert fine when they come. There just are not enough of them.

Book 20 minutes

The page, built once

£4,000

one-off · typically 3–4 weeks

Pillar two as a fixed project, deployed in your own accounts and handed over. You own it outright.

  • The qualification agent or interactive tool, built and live on your domain
  • Your GitHub, your hosting, your domain, your email — from day one
  • Search plumbing included: meta, sitemap, structured data, Search Console, analytics
  • A fixed bug-fix window after launch, scope agreed up front
  • No retainer and no lock-in

Right for you if: You have the traffic and you want the form replaced. Nothing ongoing.

Book 20 minutes
  • These are the prices, not an opening position. There is no discount waiting behind a phone call.
  • Third-party costs — hosting, model usage, telephony, ad spend — are billed at cost in your own accounts, never marked up.
  • I take one client per trade per area. If I am already working with your competitor down the road, I will tell you on the call.
  • If what you need does not fit one of these, I will say so rather than reshape it to fit.

What I am not going to tell you.

I am not going to show you a conversion percentage. Everyone in this business quotes one and almost nobody can source it. When I have real numbers from your account, you will get those instead — including the months they are bad.

I am not going to promise a position on Google or a number of leads. Anyone who does is either guessing or about to buy them from a list.

I am not going to tell you AI replaces talking to your customers. It does the part before that — the sorting, the answering at nine at night, the ringing back inside two minutes — so that the conversations you do have are with people worth having them with.

One sceptical buyer, one booked call.

Tell me what your site does now and where people drop out. If a build fits, I'll scope it on the call. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that instead.
