For dental practices
Google shows them five practices. Nothing tells them why to pick yours.
Being found is solved. A map already puts you in front of everyone nearby. What it cannot say is that your implant dentist has been placing them for twenty years, that the scanner is in the building, or what happens if something goes wrong three weeks later at eleven at night.
So people choose on distance and a star rating. Reviews tell them about the parking. Twenty years of experience, the equipment you invested in, the aftercare you actually give — none of it is anywhere a patient can reach at the moment they are deciding.
We put an agent on your website that can say all of it. They message it instead of ringing, at whatever hour they are looking, and it answers from your material — your treatments, your prices, your dentists. Then it books them, and rings to confirm.
Why us and not a general agency
We already run one of these in dentistry.
MyDentalFly is ours. Its agent, Pearl, takes a patient from “something hurts” to an itemised plan against a named clinic, with the clinical routing handled by a deterministic engine underneath rather than by a language model guessing. It is live, and you can talk to it before you talk to us.
That is the difference worth paying for. An agency that has never worked in dentistry will build you something fluent that offers a patient an opinion on their molar, and you will be the one explaining it to the GDC.
Talk to Pearl, liveWhat you get
One agent, not a menu of services.
Everything below is the same agent, holding the same conversation. It is not five tools bolted to your website.
The agent on your website
It answers what your patients actually ask — what an implant costs at your practice, whether you take nervous patients, how long Invisalign takes, whether you have Saturday appointments — out of your own pages and your own price list. Never invented, never a number you have not given it.
The callback, in under a minute
If they would rather talk, their phone rings while they are still on your site. It says it is an AI in the first sentence, takes what it needs, and hands the practice a caller who has already explained themselves.
Follow-up that actually goes out
Email, SMS or WhatsApp on your behalf when someone stops halfway. Most private enquiries die in the gap between the form and the callback that came two days later.
Into your book, not a spreadsheet
The enquiry lands where your team already works, with everything the agent learned attached. Where your practice management or booking system allows it, the consultation goes straight into the diary.
The content that feeds it
An agent converts the traffic you have; it does not create any. Short video and posts produced monthly, in the formats that still get reach, so there is something arriving for it to answer.
The surface above the map
More of them now ask an assistant before they ask Google.
“Who is good for implants near Wimbledon?” increasingly gets answered by ChatGPT or Gemini before anyone opens a map. Those answers are assembled from what is readable by a machine — and a practice whose strengths exist only in a receptionist’s head has nothing there to be quoted.
We scanned nineteen London practice websites. Four had their questions and answers marked up in a way an assistant can lift cleanly. The rest are invisible to that question, including several very good practices. It is the cheapest ground in dentistry to take, and almost nobody has taken it.
This work is included. The same facts that let your agent answer a patient are the facts that let an assistant recommend you.
And for the patients you already have
The cheapest appointment you will book this month is a recall.
New patients are the expensive way to fill a diary. The same agent works the list you already own — and stays in touch in a way a practice never has time to.
Recalls that actually go out
Check-ups and hygiene appointments chased automatically, in your voice, until they book or say no. The revenue already on your list is cheaper to collect than the revenue you are advertising for.
Patients kept warm between visits
Short, useful dental guidance sent on a schedule — aftercare following a procedure, what to expect at each stage of a treatment plan, why the six-month gap matters. Written once with you, sent forever.
The small human touches, at scale
Birthdays, treatment anniversaries, a note after a long procedure. The things every practice means to do and no practice has time for.
Messages passed to the right dentist
A patient with a question after hours does not need a call back from reception — they need their dentist to see it. The agent takes the message, works out who it is for, and puts it in front of them with the context attached.
The part your indemnity provider would ask about
Four hard limits, built in.
It never gives clinical advice
No diagnosis, no treatment recommendation, no opinion on a photograph. It gathers what the patient wants to explain and routes it to you. The line is enforced in the system prompt and tested, not left to the model’s judgement.
It quotes your prices, or it says it cannot
Every figure comes from a price list you give us. Where you have not given it a number, it says so and offers the consultation rather than guessing — which is also the GDC-safe answer.
It says it is not a person
On the page and in the first sentence of any call. A patient who works out mid-conversation that they have been talking to software is a complaint, not a booking.
Patient data is handled properly
Conversations are stored in your own accounts under your control, and nothing sensitive is collected that you have not asked for. No patient details over WhatsApp to a salesperson, which is how much of this industry still runs.
What it costs
The price is on the page.
You buy the build, and you own it. Then a monthly to run it, watch it, and keep improving it — the same way you would buy a piece of equipment and a service contract, rather than renting an agency.
The build
Your treatments, your prices, your clinicians and your tone, built into an agent that is yours. Deployed in your own accounts from day one — you own the code, the hosting and the domain.
Running it
Monitored, corrected and improved as your prices, clinicians and treatments change. Includes the recall and patient-contact work, and the reading of what people actually asked last month.
- Telephony and model usage are billed at cost in your own accounts and never marked up. On a single practice these are small; you will see the actual invoices.
- Groups and multi-site are scoped on the call — more surfaces and more integrations, same arrangement.
- One practice per area. If we are already working with the practice down the road, we will say so on the call.
- No lock-in. The build is yours whether or not you keep the monthly. If you stop, it keeps working — it just stops being maintained by us.
What we are not going to tell you.
- We are not going to quote you a percentage uplift in bookings. Everyone in this business has a number and almost nobody can source it. When there are real figures from your own practice, you will get those instead — including the months they are bad.
- We are not going to promise you new patients, a position on Google, or a number of enquiries. Anyone promising a regulated practice a patient count is either guessing or about to buy them from a list.
- We are not going to tell you this replaces your treatment coordinator. It does the part before them — the answering at nine at night, the sorting, the ringing back in a minute — so the conversations they do have are with people worth having them with.
See what yours does tonight.
Paste your practice website. It reads your public pages, works out three questions your patients genuinely ask, and shows what your site does with them tonight. Free, no email, about twenty seconds.
Or email raj@agentmyai.com — replies come from a human, not the agent.
